Rojak

59 Rojak dishes out really nice rojak. This plate of rojak contains pieces of you tiao, tau pok, slices of cucumber, pineapples, apple and pear mixed in a rojak sauce with bean sprouts and topped with crunchy crushed peanuts.

The rojak sauce isn’t the overly wet type and coats the bits and pieces well. Its sweetness level tastes just right, and not too sweet.

The you tiao is toasted crispy and has a nice crunch. Likewise the tau pok has been toasted with a mild crisp. The fruit slices are juicy and the pineapple is especially sweet. This is a lovely plate of rojak for sure. Recommended.
