Fried Carrot Cake

Carrot Cake Economic Food does fried carrot cake in a softer way than usual. The radish cubes are very soft and with some larger sized cubes.

These are pan fried with a slightly charred and smokey taste, yet it still stays soft and there is no crisp. As some of the cubes are larger in size the usual, certain parts of it can taste somewhat bland. Otherwise, its taste is decent. The black version has sweet black sauce added, giving it a lightly sweet flavour.

As tastes is rather subjective, this is probably a likeable fried carrot cake to those who like it soft. As for me, I like mine crispy and drier. This isn’t a bad fried carrot cake, it just didn’t suit my palate.
