Fried Kway Teow

Hill Street Fried Kway Teow – Chinatown used to be located on the 2nd level of Hill Street Food Centre, and overshadowed by the other more famous fried kway teow stall located on the 1st level of the same food centre. Having relocated to Chinatown Complex Food Centre, it is finally getting recognised for its tasty fried kway teow with a constant queue of customers.

Its fried kway teow has quite good wok hei. It does not has an overly sweet taste. The texture is on the wetter side, coming from the eggs and lots of lard. This fried kway teow includes lap cheong, see hum and a single prawn, with bean sprouts and spring onions added. Serving portions are good for the price, and it is tasty. This fried kway teow is good.
