Fried Carrot Cake

Lee Shan Carrot Cake does nicely flavoured fried carrot cake in both the white and black versions. The radish cake has some slivers of carrot shreds in them, which is really nice.

Both the white and black versions uses small cubes of radish cake which are pan fried with eggs until there are some nice crispy bits. The black version has sweet black sauce added giving it a lightly sweet taste. Both versions are likeable. It will definitely be a better fried carrot cake if there are even more crispy bits.
