Braised Duck Noodles

Tanglin Halt Delicious Duck Noodle sells braised duck and innards with a small choice of noodles. Shown here is with kway teow and yellow noodles.

The duck meat slices are moist and tender, stacked on a bowl of kway teow mee with light braised sauce flavours. Comes with a small bowl of light flavoured soup on the side. This duck noodles has nicely balanced flavouring, isn’t heavy on flavours and not salty at all. It is likeable.
