Review: Hee Kee Cart Noodle (Hong Kong)
Cart Noodles
Hee Kee Cart Noodles does cart noodles with a large selection of add-ons and choice of noodles. Above is their soup version of cart noodles with thick egg noodles, swiss chicken wings, octopus rolls and fish dumplings.
The swiss chicken wings has a soft skin with meaty flesh and savoury seasoning flavours. The octopus roll is firm and springy with nice flavours. The fish dumpling has a nice smooth skin with meaty filling and tastes decent. As for the noodles and soup, the noodles is kind of soft but still fairly firm and springy, and the clear soup has a decent savoury taste.
This cart noodles is quite ordinary but still rather decent.
