Chee Cheong Fun.
Ah Girl HK Style Chee Cheong Fun serves freshly rolled chee cheong fun. The prawns are smallish but relatively fresh, while the char siew bits are meaty with a hint of smokiness. The chee cheong fun has a rather smooth texture, and is drenched in a slightly sweet soya sauce seasoning. It is topped with seasame seeds and chopped spring onions. An option dollop of dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste is provided on the side.
Both the prawn and char siew chee cheong fun taste not bad.
