The stir-fried bean sprouts comes with carrot shreds, spring onions and pieces of firm tofu. It is crunchy with a nice smoky taste. The fried scrambled egg comes with slices of bitter gourd and it tastes decent. The rice is firm, and the curry is flavourful with a spicy note.
