Nasi Lemak

Aroma Nasi Lemak serves a range of nasi lemak sets with various main options. The one shown above is their nasi lemak beef rendang set. It comes with a side of beef rendang, a fried egg, begedil and ikan bilis peanuts. The fried chicken wing is an extra add-on.

The beef rendang is tender, meaty and packed with flavours. The fried egg is just normal, with a cooked yolk and whites. The begedil has a soft potato filling that is flavourful, and its fried egg coating is slightly crispy. The ikan bilis is crispy, and the peanuts are crunchy. The fried chicken wing is moist and meaty, with a crispy batter and nice flavourful seasoning.

All of these are with a plate of firm, fluffy and flavourful rice. A dollop of slightly sweet tasting chilli and a couple of cucumber slices are provided on the side.

This plate of nasi lemak tastes not bad. I like it.
