China Square Beef Noodle

serves sliced beef noodles and beef balls in either soup or dry versions. Tastes decent.

Beef Noodles

China Square Beef Noodle serves sliced beef noodles and beef balls. Seen here is the dry version of their sliced beef noodles with beef balls added. The noodles used is thick mee hoon.

The beef noodles come with beef slices that are chewy and meaty, served with thick mee hoon in a starchy savoury tasting sauce with a note of sweet, It is topped with chopped spring onions and an optional grated peanuts powder.

A bowl of nicely flavoured beef soup is provided on the side. The beef balls are an extra add-on. The beef ball is soft and moist with nice meaty flavours. It is recommended.

An optional chilli dipping sauce is available to go with the beef noodles. It has strong limey flavours and goes rather well with the beef slices.

Personally I would have preferred the beef slices to be more soft and tender, but this one is considered rather decent too.
