Sashimi

This sashimi set comes with 4 types of sashimi – salmon, makajiki, hamachi and maguro. These sashimi slices are fairly fresh and served as a thick stab of meat. The makajiki is nice. Both the salmon and hamachi are quite likeable too. The meguro is quite normal though. The sashimi platter comes served with some crunchy and juicy horseradish and wasabi on the side.

Salmon Sushi

This salmon sushi set comes with 3 types of salmon sushi – the regular ones, with mantako and caramelised. The regular salmon sushi is fairly fresh and tastes decent. The mantako ones are lightly burnt with a light crisp, tastes decent too. As for the caramelised ones, it is lightly burnt as well with a lightly sweet taste. Rather likeable.

Chawanmushi

The chawanmushi is smooth and soft with nice flavours. Contains japanese fish cake and crab stick bits, and topped with fish roe. Nice.

Pidan Tofu

The pidan tofu has soft and smooth tofu with a layer of pidan paste. It is topped with chopped spring onions and fish roe. Tastes rather nice.

Kuro Goma Ice Cream

This black sesame ice cream is sweet tasting with decent flavours of black sesame. I would have preferred it with more intense black sesame flavours, but this one is still quite decent and likeable.
