The rice has a nice firm texture with curry sauce and a little bit of braised sauce added. The curry is slightly spicy with rather nice flavours. The pork chop is quite thin with a nice crispy breaded crust. It is a bit meaty and flavours are decent. The stir fried bean sprouts is crunchy with a light savoury taste. As for the fried egg, it is rather ordinary with soft yolk and soft whites.
One word describes this plate of curry rice. Decent.
