Fishball & Minced Meat Noodles.

The signature noodles come with a whole load of ingredients including fishball, fish cake slices, pork slices, prawns, fish roll and a fried fish cake.

The teochew fishball is smooth and springy with a hint of spiciness. The fish cake slices are smooth the springy too. The pork slices are firm and meaty, while the prawns are of decent size and freshness. The fish roll is springy and flavourful, and the fried fish cake is smooth and springy with a chewy skin. The mee pok is firm and springy, with decent seasoning flavours, and the soup is pleasantly flavoured.

This serving of signature mee pok is of good value and tastes nice.
