Kheng Fatt Hainanese Beef Noodles

is a fairly popular stall serving beef noodles in dry or soup versions. Tastes lovely.

Beef Noodles

Kheng Fatt Hainanese Beef Noodles serves a selection of beef noodles in dry or soup versions. Seen here is the dry version of beef noodles with both beef slices and beef balls.

This bowl of beef noodles is served with thick mee hoon in a flavourful gravy. The gravy is starchy with nice flavourings. It is topped with some grated peanuts and a piece of green lime. Squeeze in the green lime and the extra tint of tartiness makes the noodles tastes even nicer.

The beef slices are meaty and decently soft. The beef balls are soft and yet firm, with nice juicy beef flavours. It is nice, and recommended.

Served on the sides is a chilli dipping sauce and a bowl of soup. The chilli sauce is both spicy and limey, and goes really well with the beef slices. The bowl of soup is savoury with very nice beef flavours.

This serving of beef noodles is absolutely lovely. I like it. Big thumbs up!
