Madam Lim’s Nasi Lemak

Nasi Lemak.

The nasi lemak comes with a serving of coconut milk rice that is lightly fragrant with a subtle hint of coconut milk. An optional dollop of dried shrmp flavoured chilli paste and cucumber slices are provided on the sides.

The fried egg has both soft and cooked yolk and whites. The ikan bilis is airy and crispy, and the peanuts are crunchy. As for the serving of ayam goreng berampah, the piece of boneless chicken has very nice seasoning flavours, is tender, juicy and meaty with a crispy batter. Extra bits of fried batter and fried leaves are topped on to it. The fried chicken tastes really good!

This serving of nasi lemak with ayam goreng berampah is truly enjoyable. Recommended!
