Ngo Hiang & Fried Mee Hoon

Ming Xing Wu Xiang Xia Bing serves a nice selection of ngo hiang pieces and fried mee hoon. Seen above is with prawn crackers, sotong you tiao, ngo hiang and fish cake.

The prawn cracker is airy and crispy with really crispy prawns. The sotong you tiao is crispy outside with soft sotong meat filling inside. The ngo hiang has a nice crispy skin wrapping nicely flavoured meat and yam filling, and the fish cake is smooth and springy with nice savoury flavours. Comes with a limey chilli dip on the side that goes well with the assortment of ngo hiang pieces.

The fried mee hoon is an optional add-on. It has a nice dry texture and decent flavours. Contains some bean sprouts.

This serving of ngo hiang and fried mee hoon is rather likeable.
