Prawn Mee.

The prawn mee comes with prawns, fish cake and meatballs, served with yellow noodles and bean sprouts in a bowl of flavourful soup with intense prawn shell flavours.

The prawns are of decent size, springy and tastes rather fresh, with their intestines taken out. The fish cake slices are springy, while the nicely flavoured meatballs have a very smooth texture. The yellow noodles is springy, and topped with crispy fried shallots, pork lard and chopped spring onions.

This bowl of prawn mee is truly enjoyable.

Wanton Mee.

The wanton mee is done differently from the regular wanton mee. It is served using la mian and prawn mee broth. The wanton has a soft skin wrapping a very smooth and soft meaty filling, and it tastes amazing! A few slices of springy fish cake slices are included with the wanton mee as well. The la mian is firm and springy, and comes with bean sprouts, fried shallots and chopped spring onions. The wanton mee is a good option too.

Xiao Long Bao.

The xiao long bao features a thin and chewy skin wrapping a soft and flavourful meaty soaking in a broth. It is literally bursting with flavours. It is lovely and I like it!

Guotie.

The guotie features a soft and chewy skin enclosing a soft, flavourful and juicy filling. The guotie has crispy undersides and it tastes good!
