Fishball Noodles

Quan Ji Teochew Mee serves fishball noodles with the usual choice of noodles. Above is their mee pok, which comes with a bowl of soup containing fishballs, meatballs, fish cake and some minced meat.

The fishball is smooth and springy with nice flavours of fish. Likewise for the fish cake, soft and smooth with nice taste of fish. The meatball is firm and has decent flavours, and the minced meat is soft and meaty. These are served in a bowl of flavourful soup. The mee pok noodles is fairly smooth and springy, and tastes decent too.

This serving of fishball mee pok is quite a decent one.
