Seng Heng Carrot Cake

is quite a popular stall selling pan fried carrot cake. Seriously overrated and underwhelming.

Fried Carrot Cake

Seng Heng Carrot Cake uses the soft, mushy type of radish cake, which is ideal for the white type of fried carrot cake. Whereas the small cube types are more suitable for the black version. The flavours for their white carrot cake is decent. However I am disappointed that it isn’t pan fried to a crisp. A good cake carrot cake should have a crispy egg coating and soft radish cake inside. This one is just soft, with no crisp. Seriously overrated and underwhelmed.
