Cai Png.

Sheng Cheng Economic Rice & Teochew Porridge serves cai png with a variety of dishes to choose from. As shown above are braised sauce chicken, scrambled fried onion egg, stir-fried bean sprouts and otah served with rice.

The braised sauce chicken is tender and meaty with nice savoury flavours. The scrambled fried onion egg contains bits of onion and carrot. The stir-fried bean sprouts is crunchy and contains some carrot shreds. Both the fried egg and bean sprouts taste decent. The otah is soft and contains chunky pieces of fish meat within its spicy otah paste. The otah tastes nice.

Overall, this serving of cai png tastes pretty decent.
