Indian Rojak.

Siraj Famous Waterloo Street Indian Rojak serves a variety of indian rojak pieces. Shown above are vegetables fritter, egg fritter, coconut fritter and prawn fritter, served with a bowl of dipping sauce on the side.
The vegetable fritters contains some chopped mixed vegetables in its batter, the egg fritter has a piece of boiledc egg, and the prawn fritter has 2 pieces of crispy prawns at its top. The coconut version has crunchy shredded coconuts in its batter, giving it a nice coconut flavour. All the fritters are crrispy outside, soft and fluffy inside. The dipping sauce is spicy with light undertones of sweetness and nuttiness, and it pairs rreally well with the indian rojak pieces.
This serving of indian rojak is really enjoyable. I like it.
Mee Siam.

The mee siam features a boiled egg, some tau pok pieces and a piece of green lime, served with mee hoon in a pleasantly flavoured sauce with a hint of nuttiness, and topped with some chopped spring onions.
This serving of mee siam tastes nice. I like it too.
