The nicely flavoured grilled chicken chop is tender and juicy with soft flavourful skin. A pleasantly flavoured signature sauce with a mild savoury tone is drenched on to it. It pairs rather well with the chicken chop.
Comes with a side of lightly salted and crispy fries, and a raw egg that is cooked on the hotplate.
Crispy Fish.
The crispy fish has a crispy and savoury batter coating a fillet of soft fish meat. The accompanying black pepper sauce is slightly sweet with peppery undertones. Not bad.
The mashed potato is soft, with a peppery sauce topped on it. The fried rice has a firm and dry texture, and contains egg and chopped spring onions. It is a decent choice.
