Tong Heng
specialises in traditional Chinese pastries and is famous for their egg tarts. It is probably Singapore’s oldest pastries store, being in business since 1910 and setting up their first shop in 1935.
Egg Tart & Coconut Tart
Tong Heng serves out really good egg tarts. It has a delicious crispy crust and its egg custard filling is soft like tofu. The coconut tart is similar with the egg tart with sweetened coconut shavings added. It is a lot sweeter than the egg tart. Good choice for those with a sweet tooth.
Packaging
It comes in a nice box, when you purchase a combination of 6 egg tarts or coconut tarts.
