Banh Mi

The banh mi comes with a choice of filling. As shown above are their banh mi with pork and grilled chicken.

The banh mi is filled with lots of fresh, crunchy vegetables like lettuce, carrot, radish, coriander leaves, onion and cucumber, all sandwiched in a crispy baguette. The pork slices are soft, tender and flavourful. The chunks of grilled chicken meat are tender and meaty with nice marinated flavours. Both options are likeable.

Pho

The pho is served with a choice of either beef or chicken. As shown above is their beef pho. The dish comes with firm and meaty beef slices, served with flat rice noodles and has a nice smooth texture. The soup is flavourful and contains bean sprouts, chopped spring onions and onions. Not bad.

BBQ Pork Noodles

The bun cha comes with slices of pork, fried pork balls and a fried spring roll served with bun round rice noodles.

The flavourful bbq pork slices are firm and meaty with some soft fatty parts and a slightly crispy surface. The meaty pork balls has nice marinated flavours, and soft and juicy. The fried spring roll has a crispy skin, and a soft and meaty filling with flavourful seasoning. All these tastes nice.

The round rice noodles is soft and comes with a mixture of vegetables including cabbage, lemongrass, cucumber, carrot and bean sprouts. A bowl of limey, sweet and savoury sauce accompanies the noodles. Not bad too.

Grilled Chicken Rice

The grilled chicken rice comes with slices of grilled chicken served with rice and a side of salad. A bowl of soup and a dipping sauce for the chicken are also provided. The grilled chicken is tender and juicy with nice marinated flavours. Its skin is soft and flavourful. The dipping sauce has sweet and savoury flavour with a subtle hint of limey and spicy undertones. The savory flavoured soup comes with chopped spring onions, bean sprouts and coriander leaves. The grilled chicken rice is also quite likeable.

Spring Roll

There are two types of spring rolls available here, the fresh ones and the fried ones.

The fresh spring roll is wrapped in a chewy, translucent rice skin and filled with a mix of prawns, radish, carrot, cabbage and mango along with round rice noodles. It has nice flavours with a hint of mango and minty freshness. The fried spring roll has a crispy skin, and a soft meaty filling that is packed with flavours.

The spring rolls are served with a dipping sauce on the side, which has a balance of sweet and savoury flavours with a subtle hint of limey and spicy undertones.
