Fried Mee Hoon.

The vegetarian fried mee hoon comes with various mock meats, with a spring roll added.
The char siew, intestines, and pork are firm and tastes decent. The tau gua is firm, with a chewy skin and light bean curd flavours. The mock goose is crispy and it tastes nice. The bean sprouts is crucnhy and juicy, and the fried mee hoon is moist with decent flavours. The added spring roll has a crunchy filling of radish, carrot and black fungus. Its skin is mostly soft with crispy edges, and it tastes pretty decent too.
This serving of vegetarian fried mee hoon tastes not bad.
