Yong Tau Foo.

Yuling Shou Gong Nian Dou Fu offers various yong tau foo pieces served with noodles or rice. The above features an assortment of yong tau foo served with tossed yellow noodles and a bowl of nice savoury soup on the side.
The fried tau kee skin is crispy, and the tofu with fish paste is soft, featuring a smooth fish paste filling containing tiny bits of spring onions, carrots and chilli. The ngo hiang has a crispy skin wrapping a soft flavourful filling with nice yam flavours. Both the fishball and fish cake are soft and smooth, with tiny bits of spring onions and chilli in their fish paste. The flat tau kee has a crispy skin and a firm, springy and flavourful fish paste filling. All the fried yong tau foo pieces are refried, giving them a nice crisp. An optional chilli and sweet sauce is provided, and their flavours mix well together.
Overall this serving of yong tau foo is quite enjoyable and tastes not bad.
