Fried Hokkien Mee

As for the fried Hokkien mee, it is the wet type soaking with broth. This fried Hokkien mee comes with prawns and sotong slices fried in a mixture of yellow noodles and thick mee hoon with eggs and some spring onions. It has a ratio of more mee hoon compared to yellow noodles. There is no bean sprouts and lard as far as I can tell. It is served with a dollop of sambal chilli on the side. This plate of fried noodles tastes quite ordinary though. Their fried oyster omelette tastes better in my opinion.
