Wanton Mee

Eng’s Wantan Noodle does wanton mee that comes with a few slices of char siew, some wanton and vegetables served on a bowl of tossed noodles. A bowl of soup is included on the side.

The noodles has a somewhat dry texture and is tossed tossed with a simple seasoning mixture of oil and soya sauce giving it decent flavourings. The wanton dumplings tastes decent too. However the char siew is way too lean and dry and lacking any sweet flavourings of a honey coated char siew. This wanton mee is just decent.

Fried Wanton

The fried wanton dumplings can be ordered as a side. It has nice crispy and airy skin. Tastes rather decent.
