Fish Soup

This double fish soup comes with the usual sliced fish and fried fish nuggets. The sliced fish and fried fish nuggets comes with lots of leafy vegetables, tomato slices and topped with ikan bilis and fried shallots in a bowl of soup. You can choose various noodles or rice to go with it. For this, rice is served here.

The sliced fish has a mild savoury flavour and is very smooth and tender. It is definitely nice. The fried fish nuggets similarly has a savoury taste, a little bit more so than the sliced fish. Unfortunately its crust is soft from soaking in the soup. Likewise for the ikan bilis, it is soft as well and no crunch. The clear soup is quite lightly flavoured and not too salty. Personally, I would recommend the sliced fish here and skip the fried fish nuggets. The sliced fish is very likeable.

Dumpling Noodles

Noodles is available as well. Above is their dumplings soup with you mian. The dumpling has a nice firm and chewy skin with nicely seasoned meat filling. The you mian is firm and springy. Comes in a light flavourful soup with some vegetables. It is topped with some ikan bilis and fried shallots. Quite likeable.
