Double Fish Soup

Ming He Fish Soup serves different kinds of fish soup with the usual choices of noodles. Shown here is their double fish soup with thick mee hoon. This comes with both sliced fish and fried fish nuggets, vegetables, fried egg and ikan bilis.

The fish slices are decent but tastes quite ordinary though. The fried fish nugget is soft and isn’t crispy. It is a bit on the salty side as well. The ikan bilis is crisy and light savoury flavours, and the fried egg is kind of dry on its own. Tastes better when soaked in the fish soup. As for the fish soup, it is clear and with nice savour tastes.

This bowl of double fish soup with thick mee hoon is quite ordinary but still decent.
