Prawn Mee

Albert Street Prawn Noodle serves up an assortment of prawn, pork ribs and pig’s tail noodles. Seen here are their prawn mee and pig’s tail noodles, both soup versions.

This prawn mee comes with a choice of noodles and yellow noodles is chosen here. The yellow noodles comes with some bean sprouts with lard and fried shallots in a bowl of soup with a few slices of prawns added. The prawns are decently fresh and the prawn soup is nice savoury tasting. You can add in some chilli powder to make it taste spicy. It tastes nice with chilli powder added too.

As for the pig’s tail version, same soup with same choice of noodles and optional chilli powder. The pig’s tail are rather soft and its fresh detaches quite easily.

Both are pretty decent and likeable.
