Fried Oyster Omelette

Huat Heng Fried Oyster sells just fried oyster omelette. This fried oyster has a mixture of starch and eggs fried until a crispy golden brown with oysters added. Although the starch bits are crispy outside, they still retain some chewiness and stickiness inside. The oysters tastes decent too. It comes served with a saucer of chilli dipping sauce on the side that has a slightly sweet and limey taste, and goes well with the oysters and fried omelette.

This fried oyster omelette smells good and tastes nice. Definitely likeable.
