Vegetarian Fried Mee Hoon & Noodles

Din Shan Vegetarian sells the usual vegetarian fried mee hoon and fried noodles. Comes with vegetables, mock char siew, mock intestine, mock duck and crispy fuchuk.

The vegetables are soft and has savoury flavours. The mock intestine is soft with decent flavours. The mock duck is chewy with regular tastes of bean curd. As for the char siew, soft with mild flavours of smokiness. The spring roll seen with the fried mee hoon is an extra add on. It is crispy outside with moist and sweet tasting radish fillings inside. Rather nice.

The fried noodles uses the thin type of yellow noodles stir fried with bean sprouts. It is a bit soft though. The fried moon hoon has shreds of carrots instead of bean sprouts. Both tastes a little bit too salty though, but still acceptable. This vegetarian fried mee hoon and fried noodles are decently likeable.
