The briyani rice has a fragrant scent and nice firm texture. The chicken meat and chicken skin are both quite soft and smooth. The mutton is soft and tender, meaty and without any gamey flavours. Both are served in a nicely flavoured rendang sauce. Personally I prefer the mutton over the chicken here, though both are quite likeable.
