Min Chiang Kueh

Xin Xuan Pancakes sells freshly made min chiang kueh in the usual traditional peanut, coconut and red bean flavours.

The crushed peanuts filling is fairly crunchy with lightly sweet flavours and a hint of savouriness. The grated coconut filling is moist with mildly sweet flavours as well. Likewise for the red bean, mildly sweet with fairly intense red bean flavours. As for the kueh, it is thick and soft with a slightly chewy texture. I like it that all 3 are not overly sweet. Decent.
