This plate of hor fun comes with slices of lean meat char siew that is soft. The hor fun is fairly smooth and is served with some vegetables and a dollop of dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste on the side. It comes drenched with a braised mushroom sauce.

Both the fried wanton and fried dumplings are crispy outside with soft meat filling containing water chestnut bits inside. Tastes decent.
