Chendol

This chendol comes with red beans, grass jelly and attap chee, topped with green jelly on the pile of ice shavings. Generous amounts of coconut milk and gula melaka are added. The gula melaja is the watery type and isn’t sticky. Still tastes nice though.

Ice Jelly Cocktail

The ice jelly cocktail uses soft jelly topped with shaved ice with cocktail fruits added. A dash of green lime is added, giving this a slightly sweet and slightly limey flavours. Quite refreshing. .

Almond Jelly Longan & Milk

This bowl of shaved ice has an almond jelly and toppings of small tapioca balls and longan with evapourated milk added. The almond jelly has nice flavours of almond milk. The longan is your regular canned type. Tastes quite refreshing though having more milk would be nice.
