Satay Bee Hoon

This plate of satay bee hoon comes with cuttlefish slice, tau pok, pork slices and see hum, served with mee hoon, bean sprouts and some vegetables. Satay sauce is then poured on to it.

The satay sauce has nice flavours with a slight tint of spiciness. The cuttlefish and pork slices are quite soft. This satay bee hoon is quite likeable.

Prawn Mee

The prawn mee is available with a choice of noodles, in either dry or soup version. Shown above is their dry version with yellow noodles.

This prawn mee comes with slices of fish cake, pork and prawns, served in a bowl of tossed yellow noodles with some bean sprouts and vegetables. It is topped with some fried shallots.

The noodles has decent flavours and is springy. However the yellow noodles has a mild alkaline taste. The prawn is decent, the pork slices are soft and meaty, and the fish cake is springy. Comes with a bowl of nicely flavoured soup on the side. This prawn mee is quite decent.

Laksa

As for the laksa, it comes with see hum, tau pok and fish cake slices served with thick mee hoon and some bean sprouts in a bowl of laksa gravy.

The laksa gravy has nice flavours with tastes of coconut milk used in its cooking process. The tau pok is soft and soaking with the nice flavours of the laksa gravy, and the fish cake slices is soft and springy. This bowl of laksa comes topped with a nice dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste. I like it.
