Roti Prata

Muhammad Shazain Faiha Muslim Food Paradise does the usual choices of roti prata. Seen here is their plain prata and egg onion prata. Both are served with mutton curry.

The plain prata is pan fried crispy outside with a chewy inner texture. Flavours are decent. The egg onion prata has a soft egg filling with crunchy onion bits, with small pockets of crispiness outside. Although it is mostly soft, it is still quite decent. Personally I like the plain prata more.

As for the mutton curry, it is mildly spicy and tastes decent. The small piece of mutton is soft and tender, is not gamey either.

Roti John

This roti john has an egg omelette containing mutton bits and onion bits with mild spicy flavours, sandwiching in between a loaf of baguette. The bread is pan toasted with the mutton egg omelette. Unfortunately it is still soft and isn’t crispy. Comes served with a slightly limey tasting chilli sauce. This one is quite average. Their roti prata is definitely a better choice.

Maggi Goreng

This plate of maggi goreng contains mutton bits, bean sprouts, tomato, onions, vegetable bits, green peas stir fried with instant noodles and egg. The mutton bits are soft, and the noodles are moist with spicy flavours. The noodles are a bit on the soft side, but still quite decent.
