Fried Hor Fun

Hin Fried Hor Fun with Prawn Beef Sliced Fish does fried hor fun with choice of prawns, beef and sliced fish served in a starchy sauce with eggs.

The hor fun is pre-cooked in batches containing several serving portions. It is first wok fried and put into a container before splitting up into smaller serving portions. The sauces and meats are pre-cooked in batches too.

Although pre-cooked in advance, this hor fun has superb wok hei. Its sauce is starchy with eggs added and very flavourful. It is served with your choice of meats and some vegetables.

The beef slices are soft and tender. They are cooked in a nicely flavoured black seasoning sauce. The prawn tastes rather fresh and the sliced fish is smooth and decently fresh too. All 3 choices are good.

This fried hor fun has such good wok hei that there is a nice lingering smokey aftertaste for a couple of minutes after I am done savouring it. This is probably one of the best fried hor fun in Singapore. Definitely very loveable. Highly recommended.
