A choice of mee hoon kueh, ban mian and you mian is available. Mee hoon kueh is chosen here. This bowl of mee hoon kueh comes with some minced meatballs, vegetables, a raw egg and topped with some ikan bilis and fried shallots.

The minced meatball is soft with nice seasoning flavours. The soup soaked ikan bilis is still slightly crispy. The mee hoon kueh itself is firm and quite springy, and the soup is flavourful.

This bowl of mee hoon kueh is rather nice.

The sliced fish is decently smooth and soft with light savoury tastes. The fried fish nuggets fairly crispy and has decent flavours too. Personally I like the sliced fish a little more. As for the ban mian, it is springy.

The double fish soup comes with some vegetables and ginger slices, and topped with some fried shallots and crispy ikan bilis. Its soup is nicely flavoured with a tint of ginger flavours.

This double fish soup is quite a decent one.

The fuzhou fishball is firm and springy with a juicy meat filling. It has a nice savoury flavour with a hint of rice wine used in its seasoning. The fishball meat filling is so juicy that it literally squirts when bitten into. I like this. Thumbs up!

This plate of fried fish rice is decent too.
