Fried Kway Teow

Market Street Fried Kway Teow does fried kway teow with the usual see hum, fish cake and lap cheong slices, wok fried in a mixture of kway teow, yellow noodles, bean sprouts and egg.

The see hum is quite decent, the fish cake is firm and springy, and the lap cheong has a savoury taste with a light note of sweet. The fried kway teow itself has a nice dry texture. It has a nice fragrant scent and nice flavourings too. There is a slightly sweet taste coming from the added sweet black sauce.

This plate of fried kway teow tastes nice. I like it. Thumbs up.
