Fried Kway Teow

This fried kway teow comes with the usual see hum, lap cheong slices and fish cake slices wok fried with a mixture of kway teow, yellow noodles, bean sprouts and egg.

The see hum is of decent size, lap cheong is firm with a slightly sweet taste and the fish cake is soft and springy. As for the fried kway teow, it has a moist texture and nice flavourings. Definitely a decent plate of fried kway teow and quite likeable.

Fried Oyster Omelette

This fried oyster omelette has a nice crispy mixture of eggs and starch with oysters. The egg is fairly crispy and the starchy parts are crispy and chewy. Oysters are quite decent too. Comes with a limey chilli dip on the side. This fried oyster omelette is rather likeable too.
