Prawn Mee

This is the dry version of prawn mee with yellow noodles as choice of noodles. It comes with prawns, pork and fish cake slices. Served with a bowl of soup on the side.

The yellow noodles comes with some bean sprouts and is tossed with some fried shallots and chilli sauce. Decent flavourings but the yellow noodles has a slight alkaline taste.

The prawns provided are smallish in size but still decent. The slices of pork is the lean and meaty type. The fish cake is fairly soft and smooth. As for the soup, it is nicely flavoured with a faint note of sweet.

The serving portions are decent. Tastes decent too.
