Dancing Char Kway Teow serves fried kway teow with options for the usual fried egg or something uncommon, soft-boiled egg. Seen above is their fried kway teow with prawns and with a soft-boiled egg added.

The fried kway teow is wok fried with a mixture of kway teow and yellow noodles, bean sprouts, spring onions and slivers of chilli slices. It comes with see hum, fish cake and lap cheong. The fried egg is done more like an omelette, sticking on to the surface of the fried kway teow. Prawns and soft-boiled egg is added on top of the fried kway teow.

The see hum is both decent in size and tastes. The lap cheong is firm with a slightly sweet taste, and the fish cake is soft. As you can tell from the image, the prawns are fairly large in size and decent as well. The soft-boiled egg has a dash of soya sauce and pepper added. It is soft and runny. It is a nice add-on. As for the fried kway teow itself, it has a dry texture with a slightly sweet taste coming from the added sweet black sauce.

This plate of fried kway teow is rather likeable. Thumbs up.
