Fried Kway Teow

This plate of fried kway teow comes with see hum, fish cake and lap cheong, wok fried with a mixture of kway teow, yellow noodles, some bean sprouts and vegetable bits with egg.

The fish cake is firm and springy. The lap cheong is firm with nice sweet flavours, and the see hum is decent. The fried kway teow itself is firm and springy with nice flavours and a slight tint of sweet coming from the added sweet sauce. This fried kway teow is likeable.

Otah

Besides fried kway teow, otah is served here as well. This otah is spicy with mild savoury taste. It is moist and you can taste bits of fish meat inside. It is nice and I like it.
