Wonton, Dace Fish Ball & Sliced Beef Noodles

Tsim Chai Kee Noodle is a popular store that is famous for its wonton noodles. Besides wonton, dace fish ball and sliced beef is served as well. Seen above is their trio of wonton, dace fish ball and sliced beef with noodles. Do take note that in Hong Kong, the regular noodles is served soup rather than tossed.

First, the wonton dumpling. The wanton is large size filled with whole pieces of fresh tiger prawns in a soft wonton skin wrapper. It has nice savoury seasoning flavours. Next, the dace fish ball. This greyish fishball is huge! It is made using fresh minced dice fish meat with some spring onions added into the fish paste. It has a really nice fish taste. For the sliced beef, it is soft and tender with nice savoury flavourings. As for the noodles, it is firm and springy. Served in a bowl of nicely flavoured soup and topped with some chopped spring onions.

This bowl of trio noodles is definitely tasty. Their wonton and dace fish ball are both highly recommended. One word. Good!
