Wanton Mee

Hai Kee Noodle serves wanton mee with the usual slices of char siew and a bowl of wanton soup.

The tossed noodles is a bit soft but still fairly springy, and has decent flavourings. The char siew is the lean type. It is firm and meaty with a slightly sweet taste. The wanton has a soft skin wrapper and savoury tasting meat filling. The soup is savoury with a tint of ikan bilis flavours.

This wanton mee tastes rather ordinary but decent.
