Mee Rebus

D’Authentic Mee Rebus serves mee rebus with a boiled egg, fried tofu cubes, yellow noodles and bean sprouts with sauce and a dash of green lime added. It is topped with crispy fried shallots, chopped green chilli and parsley. The begedil is an extra add-on.

The fried tofu cubes is soft and the boiled egg is normal. The yellow noodles is fairly firm. As for the mee rebus sauce, it is tasty and flavourful. The sauce has a spicy taste and contains bits of peanuts. It is good! The added begedil has soft and flavourful potato with a mild note of sweet, and a crispy egg coating. The begedil is very likeable too and recommended add-on.

This serving of mee rebus is tasty and flavourful. I like it!
