Mee Rebus with Satay

Taman Selera West Coast serves mee rebus with options for added satay. Above is their mee rebus with both chicken and mutton satay added.

The mee rebus comes with a boiled egg and cubes of soft fried tofu, served with yellow noodles and some bean sprouts. A nice savoury flavoured sauce is added, and topped with chopped green chilli and fried shallots. The mee rebus tastes nice!

Both the chicken and mutton satay are nicely grilled. They are meaty and has a nice sweet seasoning taste. The mutton satay has some soft fatty parts, is tender and does not taste gamey at all. These is also a very mild smokey taste to it. The satay meats are covered with a nutty and sweet tasting satay sauce. Very likeable! It is highly recommended to add extra satay to your mee rebus.

This serving of mee rebus with satay tastes so good… I like it!
